Restorative Nursing
We seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population and offer them specialized restorative services. Our goal is to maintain or improve each resident’s highest functional ability. The therapy team and nursing staff develop individualized treatment plans for resident care in the areas of:
- Activities of daily living
- Ambulation
- Contracture management
- Positioning and alignment
- Range of motion
- Rehabilitative and social dining
- Skin integrity and wound management
- Strengthening and restraint reduction
Dietary Program
- Provide meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to physician orders
- Oral supplemental diets are available
- Regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian
